Just run the following commands
NET TIME /SETSNTP:time.windows.com
NET STOP W32TIME
NET START W32TIME
W32TM /config /reliable:YES
W32TM /resync /rediscover
Just replace time.windows.com with closest atomic clock address
For instance for Portugal the address is "ntp02.oal.ul.pt"
