Proxy configuration windows 7 (seven)

Working mostly in windows server 2003 never noticed that in windows 7 there's no proxycfg command.
You can do the same doing the following 
Start --> Run --> CMD
netsh winhttp set proxy proxy-server=PROXYIP:PORT
